The statistical population is composed of experts and experts in the field of military science who have an article, compilation or research project in relation to the subject of research and have at least 20 years of work experience in the field of research and at least a graduate degree is 120. And at two levels of the General Staff of the Armed Forces as the strategic level and the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) as the operational level and about 120 people. The sampling method in this research was targeted to be a snowball to saturation A commentary continues. The data was collected using field research method using a researcher-made questionnaire and its questions were prepared using the Likert spectrum. The final design of the research was presented using 4 dimensions, 12 components and 39 indicators.

In this study, the current discharge and the power supply system of toroidal field (TF) coils of Damavand tokamak have been designed and simulated to increase the magnetic field time and consequently the plasma duration. Currently, the TF coil current used to form and confine plasma has a sinusoidal half-cycle waveform with a duration of 100ms and a current peak of 12kA which produces a 1.1T magnetic field at the center of the chamber and its flat-top area is about 20ms. With the aim of upgrading Damavand tokamak, in order to increase the plasma duration to 200ms, it is necessary to upgrade the energy supply system and control system of toroidal and poloidal field coil currents. For this purpose, in this paper, the main power supply system has been designed based on super-capacitors with a capacitance of 21F, voltage of 900V, and topology of series-parallel (7*8). Also, to supply and stabilization of TF current, the chopper converter with seven parallel modules with the closed-loop control system with hysteresis controller has been designed and simulated. The general system is capable of supplying and stabilizing the magnetic field from the range of 0.7 to 1.2 Tesla with a ripple of less than 0.2% and a duration of 200ms for the flat area. Also, the charging system of super-capacitors has been designed and simulated using the 12-pulse rectifier converter and the buck converter with the constant current method, which has achieved desirable results.

In this paper, a novel risk-based, two-objective (technical and economical) optimal reactive power dispatch method in a wind-integrated power system is proposed which is more consistent with operational criteria.  The technical objective includes the minimization of the new voltage instability risk index. The economical objective includes cost minimization of reactive power generation and active power loss. The proposed voltage instability risk employs a hybrid possibilistic (Delphi-Fuzzy)-probabilistic approach that takes into consideration the operator’s experience, the wind speed and demand forecast uncertainties when quantifying the risk index. The decision variables are the reactive power resources of the system. To solve the problem, the modified multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm with sine and cosine acceleration coefficients is utilized. The method is implemented on the modified IEEE 30-bus system. The proposed method is compared with those in the previously published literature, and the results confirm that the proposed risk index is better at estimating the voltage instability risk of the system, especially in cases with severe impact and low probability. In addition, according to the simulation results compared to typical security-based planning, the proposed risk-based planning may increase the security and economy of the system due to better utilization of system resources.

The purpose of this article is to design a model of soft media power in order to improve the combat capability of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran using the ground-based approach.Research Method In terms of approach, quality and in terms of purpose, this research is exploratory, the data of which were collected through interviews with 27 experts selected by the method of snowball in 1399. The data of this research have been collected through library review and questionnaireThe statistical population of this study is all the employees of the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.Research Findings:In this study, in order to identify the indicators of soft power in improving the combat capability of the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the opinions of experts were used. Four basic indicators for soft power were determined, which are in order of priority: Army, change of armed forces, parallel armed forces in the country, armed forces of foreign countries) in the media dimension (national media, new media, foreign media, hardware and software facilities) in the cultural dimension (orbital province, God-centered, Basij thinking And in the dimension of human resources (creativity, participation in organizational decision-making, elites and professors inside the organization, elites and professors outside the organization, training, question and answer sessions, improving organizational communication, improving staff livelihoods).

The results of this study indicate that there is a close relationship between strategic thinking and combat power.
